Large migrations
Move a legacy monolith or an aging stack to a modern, event-driven architecture one area at a time. Old and new systems run side by side and stay in sync until each part is cut over, so the business never stops.
Software factory
A software factory for companies migrating large systems and startups that need to go from idea to production fast. We design, build and run production-grade backends, APIs and admin interfaces, delivered in weeks.
Move a legacy monolith or an aging stack to a modern, event-driven architecture one area at a time. Old and new systems run side by side and stay in sync until each part is cut over, so the business never stops.
Get a working backend, an admin interface and a typed API in the first weeks, built to production standards from day one. Spend your runway on the features that make you different, not on the plumbing.
Don't want to run it yourself? We host, operate and evolve the system for you as a managed service, with the same standards for security, reliability and performance.
Features
Services, database, APIs, security and an admin interface are in place in the first days, so engineering time goes to your business rules from the start.
Lists with filters and pagination, editors with validation, selects and autocompletes over related data, file uploads and nested forms, typed end to end against the API.
Services communicate through reliable events: nothing is lost when a service is down, and a message delivered twice is processed once.
A client that retries a request after a timeout gets the original response back instead of creating a duplicate order, payment or record.
Token-based authentication, a single gateway in front of every service and role-based permissions per endpoint, from the first release.
Documents, images and videos upload directly to object storage, so large files never pass through or slow down your services.
Every delivery ships with automated tests for its business rules, its API and its screens, run in a real browser against the real system.
Every service follows the same structure and conventions, so new features, new developers and new teams ramp up fast and quality doesn't erode over time.
Complex systems
Estimates for real-world systems built the way we build for clients. We are building each of them as a benchmark and will replace these estimates with measured numbers.
Product catalog with variants and media, pricing, inventory and an order pipeline that emits events to fulfillment and billing.
Shipments, routes, carriers and tracking events, with webhook ingestion from carriers and real-time status updates for customers.
Job postings, candidates, pipelines, interviews and document handling for CVs and contracts, with role-based access for recruiters and managers.
Courses, modules, lessons, enrollments and reviews, with video assets and progress tracking events.
Strangler-pattern migration of an ERP's purchasing and inventory modules off a monolith, with change data capture keeping both systems in sync during the transition.
A shared service that templates and delivers email and push notifications in response to domain events from every other service, respecting each recipient's language, preferences and quiet hours.
Advanced details
The engineering inside every system we deliver, for the people who will run it.
Lean services that do as little work as possible per request.
Data mapping, validation and queries are plain compiled code, not reflection-heavy layers that inspect objects and assemble queries on every request. Less CPU per request, predictable latency, and stack traces that point at real code.
Services can ship as GraalVM native executables. A native service starts in a fraction of a second and uses a fraction of the memory of a regular JVM, which matters for scale-to-zero, autoscaling and dense deployments.
Each list chooses its pagination: pages with a total count, slices that skip the count query on very large tables, or plain lists for small reference data. Filters run in the database, so only the matching rows ever leave it.
Lists return compact summaries with only the fields they show; full records are loaded for editing only. Selects and autocompletes call dedicated lightweight endpoints instead of fetching whole collections.
Process
We map your entities, rules, integrations and events together, from workshops or from your existing systems and database.
Services, databases, security, APIs and the admin interface are up and running in a real environment within the first days.
The rest of the project goes to business rules, integrations and the customer-facing experience, on top of a tested base.
Deployed with migrations, monitoring and documentation. Take the code in house, or let us run and evolve it as a managed service.
Tell us about the domain and the deadline. We will come back with a plan and an estimate.
